What's For Dinner Wednesday?

Well since someone forgot to take out the chicken, I can't make the crockpot Italian chicken I had planned on making for dinner tonight. So instead, it will be something simple and easy like spaghetti and garlic toast. Either that or any leftovers that are still in the fridge. We have been eating food from Sunday all week, for lunch and dinner. It is finally just about gone.

We are having oven baked pork chops, rice, and broccoli tonight. Spaghetti is great, in that it is quick, easy, and tasty!

Do you read the crockpot lady's blog? I've learned so much from her, and one of my favorite tricks is that there's no need to thaw meat before putting it in the crockpot! It might take an hour or two longer to cook, but I always use frozen these days (except for hamburger, which I thaw & brown first, to get some of the fat off). Such a time-saver!
