John had the day off and he helped at Jacob's "Camp Out" that day. As soon as he and the kids got home I had an errand to run. I decided last minute that Adam and Sara were going to be Thing 1 and Thing 2 and needed blue hairspray. An hour and 3 stores later, I finally arrived back home with some. I got the kids ready and realized there wouldn't be enough time for me to make dinner so it was going to have to be Wendy's on the way to a friend's neighborhood. John took some pics of us in the car while I was driving...
Then it was my turn to take pictures...
The kids did so well. They ran up to all the houses and said "Trick or Treat" and "Thank You." Even Adam and Sara had their manners on them. I was very impressed with all of them. Sara was so funny. She did not want to ride in the wagon, as you can see in a picture down below. She worked hard for her candy!
I am so ready for all that candy to be GONE! I swear they hide it in my couch cushions or under their pillows so they can have some whenever they want. Sara won't even bother opening it... she will just chew right through the wrapper. I still love my little candy monsters though (especially since their parents aren't that great about keeping their hands out of the candy bowl either)!
