Yesterday we were watching Yo Gabba Gabba and John had never seen it before. I must say, it is a sight to see to someone who is not accustomed to the dancing "monsters."
As I was trying to explain the show to him I realized I did not know who was who on Yo Gabba Gabba. I know who Brobee is... he is my favorite. So cute and I love the toy they have in stores. I wish someone would have gotten it for Sara for Christmas. Since my brain would not settle til I knew them all, I went to my friend Google for answers.
Toodie - Toodie is described as a cat dragon. I didn't see the dragon-like qualities until today. She does seem to have spikes going down her tail.
Foofa - Foofa is a pink flower bubble thing. Really, how else would you describe her?
Muno - Muno is described as only a cyclops. John asked what he was yesterday and I said I didn't know. He said, "He looks kinda like... ummm... with all those nubbies on him." OMG, he does! And when I Googled "What is Muno?" one of the links I got said "Muno, cuddly monster or sex toy?" Nice! Now I will only think of him as a sex toy every time I see him.
Plex - Plex is the robot. No two ways about that LoL
Brobee - Brobee is only described as the little green one. I think he looks like a monster, so that is what we will go with. He is so stinkin' cute. LoL
The show is so different from anything else on tv for kids. They bring in stars that the kids might not know but they show off their talents like singing, skateboarding and drawing and the kids just eat it up. The songs are super catchy and their merchandise is beyond cute.
That reminds me of when I was on my way to California over the summer. I was wearing a Yo Gabba Gabba teeshirt I bought from Hot Topic. It said "There's a party in my tummy" and had the veggies and fruits having a party in a tummy on it. The flight attendant gave a chuckle as I was approaching and said, "That shirt is so cute. How far along are you?" Ummm, yah, I wasn't pregnant. She obviously had never seen the show before and didn't really get the picture either. I was slightly offended but I guess it kinda makes sense to someone who has no clue about the show.

LMAO that shirt would have been totally freaking funny for a pregnant chick!!! That song creeps me out though even though I do love the one where they are trying to get the wiggles out? Is that it or and I remembering it wrong? Anyway Wyatt and I dance to that when it comes on!
